The « Long Term Course – Academic Purposes » is very flexible according to your initial level, needs andacademic or professional projects.
Depending on these criteria, we are used to adapting the offer to provide the best program and help you reach your goals.

This « Long Term Course – Academic Purposes » is available all year round in our French language school in Toulouse.

This customizable Long Term Program (downloadable program, click here) is available in 3 options that we can adapt according to your objectives:

Option 1: French Intensive Plus course
27 lessons of 45 minutes per week (20 hours) organized as followed:

• Intensive French Course every morning from 9:15am to 1pm
• + 2 afternoon workshops: Phonetics and Culture & Society (or Practical French for complete beginners)

Option 2: French Intensive course

• 23 lessons of 45 minutes per week every morning from 9:15am to 1pm

Option 3: French Intensive Plus course followed by Intensive course
Customized proposal with durations of each course adapted to your needs

• Start with the Intensive Plus course (27 lessons of 45 min/week = 20h) to quicker develop your communication skills
• Continue with the Intensive course (23 lessons of 45 min/week) once you are able to master the language.

CERTIFICATION

To have an official and final certification of your level, prepare with Langue Onze Toulouse the DELF B2 French Exam (34 hours in group during 4 weeks):

• Training for the DELF B2 exam with representative exercices and sample tests under real exam conditions.
• Familiarizing yourself with the structure and general content of the exam
• Identifying your own difficulties and correcting yourself before the exam.

SERVICES INCLUDED:

For visa applicants:

• Invitation letter for one year to apply for a long term student visa
• Assistance, once in Toulouse, for the mandatory process as for student’s stay in France: OFII procedure and VISA renewal file

+ close educational follow-up: continuous assessment system / monthly reports

DESCRIPTION

A comprehensive program to improve your French language skills, update your French culture knowledge, vary your teaching strategies and educational tools for the class, and exchange ideas and good practices with other teachers of French.

Our French language school offers 4 French Teacher Training sessions a year available on the following dates:

• 21 March - 01 April 2016
• 18 - 29 July 2016
• 15 - 26 August 2016
• 17 - 28 October 2016

This French Teacher Training comprises 32 group lessons of 45 minutes per week.

It consists of a “Language development and cultural teaching materials” course (23 lessons of 45 minutes per week), in the mornings from 09:15 to 01:00 pm, and of 4 practical workshops per week (9 lessons of 45 minutes per week).

DETAILS

This French Teacher Training combines French courses in group and practical workshops in smaller groups to experiment, analyze and discuss the teaching tools and resources provided:

• 1 “French Language development and cultural teaching materials” course
  • Developing your general language skills in order to express yourself easily with a high degree ofgrammatical correctness, solve your linguistic doubts and enrich your lexical skills using nuanced vocabulary.
  • Extending your socio-cultural knowledge and exploring the modern French issues
  • Providing sample of materials or strategies for a French class.

• Practical workshops* for the French class
  • Familiarizing yourself with a wide range of current and practical language teaching tools to facilitatecommunication and sustain motivation and creativity in a French class.
  • Exchanging ideas and good practices with other teachers of French, experimenting, analyzing and discussing the teaching tools and resources provided.

* Workshops examples : corrective phonetics strategies, French cultural heritage & authentic resources for the class, the use of games, role plays and global simulations, French cinema, French comics and tales, ITC for Education…

DESCRIPTION

An ideal program for practicing everyday French in real life situations, gaining confidence, discovering French culture and making rapid progress.

This Intensive French course is available all year long in our French Language school in Toulouse.

The French Intensive classes are held in 23 group lessons a week of 45 minutes each, from Monday to Friday from 9.15am to 1pm every morning.

• This course is available up to 48 weeks. Beyond 24 weeks, please refer to the formula “French Long Term Course”

• French course also available in Combined Course – General French: Intensive French course every morning (23 group lessons a week of 45 minutes each) + 4 French Individual lessons of 45 minutes per week, on the afternoon (one-to-one sessions with a French teacher). DETAILS

The daily rhythm of the intensive course enables you to improve all French language skills (oral and written production; oral and written comprehension), to broaden your vocabulary and to correct French grammar.

How are you going to learn French in class?

• Priority is given to oral communication (comprehension and production). Small groups of 12 people maximum facilitate oral expression and speech in French as well as interaction and real collaboration between students in order to learn French.
• Written work is equally part of the program in class and developed at home by doing exercises and homework.
• Grammar work is always done in the context of real communicative situations in order to facilitate reapplication and to correct mistakes.
• the Socio-cultural topics explored during the course help to practice an authentic and current French adapted to a variety of real-life situations.

The content of the Intensive French program (topics, skills) also meet the requirements of Official French certifications (DELF/DALF and TCF).

* If you prefer to choose the "Combined course – General French", the French individual courses included in this formula will help you to strengthen your General French level, correct your personal difficulties and work on your specific goals (communication and conversational French, understanding, written French, pronunciation, other according to your needs).
